SHIPPING & REFUND POLICY
When will you ship my order?
Items purchased are processed for delivery within 1-2 business days of order date unless it's made to order piece. (No shipment during weekends)
Can I check the status of the shipment?
Yes, you may! All packages are shipped with additional tracking option. Once shipment is registered, you will receive a shipping details via email, so you will be able to track your package.
How much is the cost of shipment?
Germany: for all orders over € 50 (delivery time ca. 1-4 working days)
EU: for all orders over € 100 (delivery time ca. 5-10 working days)
Europe: for all orders over € 200 (delivery time ca. 7-15 working days)
Rest of the world: for all orders over € 300 (delivery time ca. 12-20 working days)
Shipping rates as following:
Domestic Shipping (Germany) : €4.90 (delivery time ca. 1-4 working days)
EU: € 11.90 (delivery time ca. 5-10 working days)
Europe (non EU) : € 14.90 (delivery time ca. 7-15 working days)
Rest of the world: € 20.90 (delivery time ca. 12-20 working days)
Unless specifically requested, all shipments are handled by DHL and comes with tracking.
Can I return or exchange the merchandise?
Your satisfaction is our utmost goal. Returns are eligible within 14 days of purchase with the original receipt.
Although we are confident that most of the time you will be satisfied with your purchase, we understand that under certain circumstances, you may want to exchange the purchased item, or simply wish to return it and be refunded. Rest assured, we do our best in handling this. Your satisfaction is ours.
We simply ask for returned merchandise to be sent back in its original packaging so we receive the merchandise exactly as we send it to you, thanks for that!
Please submit your return request here to receive your official RMA (Returned Merchandise Authorisation) number.
Also, please take note that the shipping cost for returned merchandise will not be covered. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. We recommend using shipment that allows tracking as we can't be responsible in the event if package doesn't reach us.

Return & Exchange of articles are available for all customers. If you wish to exchange with other article, please include a note of the article you’d like to have. Depending on the price of the exchanged article, you will need to cover the rest of the price if it’s higher, and we would refund if the article price is lower.
Please note that shipping cost for return & exchange is not covered, thus you will be responsible in taking care of the shipping cost and please do keep any postal receipt for verification purpose.
Can I cancel my order or refund?
In case you are ever in doubt about your order, or you have ordered too fast and would like another piece instead, we accept cancellations within 24 hours (on business days) of your original order.
- If we have not yet sent your order, we will process your refund within 1-2 business days.
- Once your order is sent out, we can only process the refund after we receive the returned package. You will be notified once we receive the package and have processed the refund.
- Cancellation (after shipment) or return is applicable within the time frame stated
- We do not accept cancellations or offer refunds for made-to-order items.
Do I have to pay import tax?
No Import tax for EU residents. For non EU countries, depending on the amount of your purchase and the country where you reside, you may have to pay import tax and duties based on tax rules and regulations in your respective country. Please refer to your country’s tax regulations concerning import taxation in this case.
